Fee Range
- The exact immunisation fee will be determined after review of previous records by thePanel Physician.
- There will also be an additional fee of ₦3,000 per person reduced to ₦2,000 per person for family groups for the cost of use of personal protective equipment PPE during this coronavirus pandemic.
Check List
- International passport and two copies of the biodata page.
- Interview letter from the US Consulate.
- 6 (six) passport photos (3 x 4cm on a white background)
- Medical report and 2 (two) copies of same if you have an existing illness and list of medication you are taking.
- Please scan original/previous vaccine records to us at admin@consultantspractice.com and copy consultantspractice@yahoo.com. Please also bring this original/previous vaccine record on the day of your medical exam for the doctor to see.
- Please bring your glasses if you have them, as your vision will be tested.
- Children over 15 years and adults - please do not pass urine for 2 hours prior to arrival.
- Women need to wait till two days after completing menstruation before coming for their medical to avoid issues with laboratory errors on the urine test.
- You may eat and take any prescribed medication prior to arrival
- Arrival between 8 am and 9 am any weekday or Saturday and public holidays.
- The screening can take up to 4 (four) hours.
- The medical will be done in 1 (one) day. Results may be picked up 7 (seven) working days after completion of the process, if all requirements are fulfilled.
- A digital photograph will be taken at the clinic for those registered on the e- Medical exam platform.
- The results will be ready after 7 (seven) working days if normal and if all requirements are fulfilled and will be sent to the American Consulate. However, all applicants are required to collect their vaccination records and chest x-ray CD (for applicants 15 years and above) at the following pick up times: 9 am to 10 am or 3 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
- The medical is valid for 6 (six) months.
- We do not accept cash. After documents are verified and your appointment is confirmed you may make an online transfer to our bank prior to arrival. Please note that once payment has been made, there will be no refunds. Any additional charges to the medical for vaccines are paid by POS at our clinic.
- Please note the fees are subject to change based on the CDC/US Consulate approval.
